What is Co-Active Coaching?

Most conversations position one person as the expert and the other as the recipient of advice. Co-active coaching is fundamentally different. In a co-active conversation, coach and client are equal partners — collaborators — working together for your benefit. The coach brings skill, commitment, and deep presence. You bring desire, motivation, and your whole self: heart, mind, body, and spirit.

We don't start from the assumption that something is broken. We start from the belief that you are capable — capable of finding answers, making choices, taking action, and recovering when things don't go as planned. Our role is to be a champion on your behalf, not a worried hand-holder.

Coaching might be right for you if:

  • You want more from your career or life but aren't sure what's holding you back
  • You're facing a significant transition — a new role, a new chapter, a hard decision
  • You've been told you have "high potential" and want to develop the skills to match it
  • Your team isn't working as well as it could, and you want to change that

Coaching

What to Expect:

1.

Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes, held via video or phone

2.

We establish a coaching agreement, set meaningful goals, and work together over a series of sessions.

3.

You'll leave each conversation with greater awareness, clearer choices, and concrete next steps.
