Change is rarely clean.Sometimes you can feel something's off—morale is slipping, priorities are blurring, or the culture you once had feels just out of reach. Other times, everything's moving so fast that it's hard to know what's working and what's just noise.
I work alongside leaders and organizations to listen deeply, uncover what's really happening, and build the clarity needed to move forward with intention.
My Approach
For over 20 years, I've worked in organizational change, leadership development, and executive coaching across industries—from medical technology and semiconductors to cosmetics, healthcare, advertising, and auto insurance. I've partnered with Fortune 500 companies and smaller organizations navigating pivotal transitions.
What I've learned is this: change doesn't fail because of strategy. It fails because people don't feel heard, aligned, or trusted to lead through it.
My work starts with listening—not just to executives, but to the people throughout the organization who carry the weight of change. I help you see what's underneath the surface: the tensions, the gaps, the unspoken dynamics that either fuel momentum or quietly sabotage it.

Helping leaders grow their capacity to navigate complexity, build trust, and lead with both strength and humanity. I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to design a leadership development program.
Executive Coaching
One-on-one coaching for leaders in transition—whether stepping into a new role, facing a strategic crossroads, or working to become the kind of leader their organization needs now. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Organizational Change
Guiding teams and organizations through transformation with intention—whether it's culture change, restructuring, or strategic shifts that require people to let go of the old and step into the new. I am a Prosci® certified change practitioner.

I believe the best solutions emerge when every voice matters—not just the loudest ones in the room. I create space for people to be honest about what's working and what's not. I ask the questions that cut through assumptions. I help leadership teams have the hard conversations they've been avoiding.
My style is warm, direct, and unobtrusively present. I don't come in with a one-size-fits-all playbook. Instead, I listen to what your organization actually needs, and we co-create the path forward together.
